This is by far the #1 question we get. The answer is the market is constantly changing, even day to day. There are many ways to see how prices are moving, like checking one the many forums and marketplaces for recent transactions. While those are fine sources they're also not telling the whole story as far as final price, cash or trade, and whether the deal was actually done at all.
To ensure we're bringing value to our clients, we are always in-sync with the marketplace. We see both retail and wholesale deals all the time and during our initial consultation we’ll share where the market is and set expectations with you on pricing and timing for selling or buying. If you've got pricing in mind we'll be honest with you about the likelihood we can get a deal done at your parameters, or we'll simply tell you we should wait a bit and try at another time. One thing is for sure though, we'll be 100% transparent with you on all of it.
